No shows for SFCAPN dinner meetings

We have had an issue with members registering for the dinner meetings we have every other month and then not showing up for the dinner. Last meeting we had 31 members registered and 14 showed up. The pharmaceutical reps are expected to pay for the amount of individuals registered and it is becoming a problem with the large amount of no shows. Our council has also had to pay for the unused dinners on different occasions out of our own funds and we are not able to continue to do this.

We are respectfully asking that if you register for a meeting and then can not attend that you please give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our numbers that are called into the restaurant to avoid the cost to our council or the reps. We appreciate your understanding with this.
