ROOM RESERVATIONS

Individual reservations can be called in to 1-800-767-7777 and reference the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network. They can also book reservations through the Marriott website using the link below which will automatically load the group dates and booking code.  Reservations must be booked no later than July 13, 2015 to receive the group rate of $125.00 per night.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued after Monday July 27, 2015

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to FNPN at FloridaNPNetwork@gmail.com. Please Note: If you cancel your conference registration please cancel your housing reservation.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event FNPN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the FNPN 2015 Annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond FNPN's control, FNPN's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid to FNPN.

Refunds: Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received, via email,  no later than July 26th 2015. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration minus a $50 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for a student registration.  Refunds will not be issued after Monday, July 27, 2015.

Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all checks returned to FNPN for insufficient funds.

No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing to FNPN and do not attend, you still are responsible for payment.
