**If you will be staying for the suturing class you will need to purchase your own suture kit. The kit can be purchased on Amazon for $24.99. The link is attached for your convenience. We will not have suture kits available at the seminar.

CANCELLATION: 

• Full refunds will be granted less a 20% processing fee for registrations cancelled.
• All refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked on or before February 24, 2025
  
• No refunds will be granted after February 24, 2025
  

FORCE MAJEURE: 

In the event the SFCAPN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the 2025 SFCAPN Spring Seminar for any reason, including, but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, Covid-19, or other circumstances beyond the SFCAPN's  control, the SFCAPN's liability shall be limited to a refund of the registration fees paid, minus any fees incurred by the SFCAPN.
