CANCELLING RSVP AND NO SHOWS

It is very important that you cancel your RSVP if you can not attend as it is costly to the company who is sponsoring our dinners. They HAVE TO PAY if you don't show. We had 30!!!!!!! No-Shows last meeting which is not acceptable and we will start to lose sponsorship for future meetings and the restaurant can refuse to book us. PLEASE HAVE THE COURTESY TO CANCEL IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND AND HAVE SENT IN YOUR RSVP.
