Looking for APP for locums cardiac coverage from August-December!

Needing coverage during providers maternity leave.
Adult and Geriatric patients
Hospital based outpatient clinic
Monday-Friday day shifts with no call, weekend, or holidays
Avg Patients Per Day: 8-10
EMR: Epic
Supervising physicians in clinic once per week. Clinician has access to physicians as needed on other days.
Est credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Provider must have cardiology/heart failure experience.
